Manufacturing process

A little bit about the manufacturing process:

In the first step, the sheet is cut into the required sheet formats and then coated on both sides. After drying, the sheets are used to make lids and hulls. The waste is completely used in the recycling process. All suppliers must be able to provide the current BRC and DIN ISO certificates as well as food suitability. In addition, all employees receive fair wages. No other raw material has such a high recycling rate as tinplate (92-95%). Recycling hardly pollutes any water. Tinplate is recyclable as often as required without loss of quality.

You might also like our natural solid shampoo which fits the travel soap box perfectly. Available in two different types: Hydrophil Lemongrass soap and also Hydrophil Lavender soap. Both come in cardboard packaging and are water neutral. In addition, the production site in Germany only uses finest oils to create these beautifully smelling soaps.

Storage

We recommended to keep the tin completely dry and avoid exposure to water in general.
